By requesting urgent service through the company website form or by SMS to the urgent service number, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Urgent Service

Urgent service is available exclusively outside regular business hours, defined as:

• Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

​The urgent service number is designated exclusively for text communication.

2. Service Request Methods

Customers may request urgent service through the following methods:

• Fill out the form below to open a service request.

By submitting a request through either method, the customer automatically agrees to this Service Agreement and authorizes the opening of a service request.

3. Urgent Service Rate

The customer agrees to pay a rate of $250.00 (two hundred fifty dollars) per hour for urgent technician services.

Charges will be based on the actual time required to complete the requested service.

4. Response Time

Service requests will be responded to within up to 24 hours, based on technician availability.

5. Billing and Payment

Upon completion of the service, an invoice will be issued to the customer for the work performed.

The customer agrees to submit payment according to the terms stated on the invoice.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By:

• checking the acceptance box on the website form;

• submitting a request through the website form; or

• sending an text message to the urgent service number,

the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to all terms and conditions of this urgent service agreement.
