1. Urgent Service
Urgent service is available exclusively outside regular business hours, defined as:

2. Service Request Methods
Customers may request urgent service through the following methods:

By submitting a request through either method, the customer automatically agrees to this Service Agreement and authorizes the opening of a service request.
3. Urgent Service Rate

The client agrees to pay the hourly rate for urgent technical services established in the terms;

Billing is based on actual labor time and materials required to complete the requested service.
4. Response Time
Service requests will be responded to within up to 24 hours, based on technician availability.
5. Billing and Payment
Upon completion of the service, an invoice will be issued to the customer for the work performed.
The customer agrees to submit payment according to the terms stated on the invoice.
